ShakaFlow is a ready-to-use engineering workflow in Slack: it watches connected tools, finds stuck work, and provides buttons, modals, and prepared follow-ups without requiring each manager or developer to maintain an agent.
Claude and Codex can still use the same team context through ShakaFlow MCP.
Traffic is encrypted, credentials are encrypted at rest, and production access is restricted and logged. We never train models on your data, and you can use your own AI provider key.
Only after a person approves it. When a Cleanup item has an obvious fix, like a task still In Progress after its PR merged, ShakaFlow offers it as a button. Clicking it shows exactly what will change, and nothing is written until you approve.
A fix can only update the task the item is about or add a comment to it, in Shortcut, Linear, or Jira. ShakaFlow never touches your code or pull requests. If you trust the suggestions, you can turn on auto-approve for 30 days.
