Questions
- How do I install ShakaFlow?
- Choose Add to Slack on shakaflow.com or in the Slack Marketplace. Anyone your workspace allows to install apps can do it, and the person who installs can finish setup without a Slack admin. Setup connects GitHub and your tracker, takes your OpenAI or Anthropic key and creates your first team. Team Anomalies writes only when something is stuck, so a quiet day sends nothing.
- How do I connect GitHub, Linear, Jira or Shortcut?
- In the ShakaFlow web dashboard, under Settings. GitHub connects through the ShakaFlow GitHub app on the repositories you pick. Linear connects with a Linear sign-in; Jira and Shortcut connect with an API token.
- Where do I add my AI key?
- In the web dashboard under Settings. ShakaFlow works with OpenAI and Anthropic.
- What happens when I uninstall?
- ShakaFlow loses access right away, and your workspace's data is deleted seven days later. Reinstall within those seven days to keep your history.
- Can we run ShakaFlow on our own server?
- Yes. You can try ShakaFlow on your own infrastructure. Our team can install the Docker Compose app for you, using a Slack app and GitHub app in your own accounts and your own AI provider key.
