Pick the model with your own data
Before you trust a model with your team's day, compare two on it. An eval runs two AI settings on the same real day for one team and shows you both results blind.
How it works
- A Slack workspace admin opens Digest Evals in ShakaFlow's settings and picks a team and two settings: provider, model and effort.
- Both settings read the same live data from GitHub, your tracker and the team's linked channels, and each writes the message every manager of that team would get. Nothing is posted to Slack.
- You see the two results as A and B, assigned at random. You give a verdict with a reason; only then do you see which setting was which, what each cost and how long it took. Other admins judge on their own.
- Set the winner as the team's model in its settings. Run again repeats the comparison on fresh data later.
What it costs
Both runs use your own AI key, so your provider bills you for them. Evals stop at a daily spending cap per workspace.
